The 2022 Aussie Racing Cars champion got the jump over Formula Ford graduate Joe Fawcett at the start, leading from lights to flag.
Anderson led home Supercars co-driver Jack Perkins in second, with Fawcett rounding out the podium.
Fawcett slipped back to fifth spot on the opening lap, shuffled back through the opening sequence of corners.
Harry Bresnehan worked his way into third position early as Josh Trappett appeared to miss a gear shift.
Fawcett raced back into the fight for the podium, capitalising on a Bresnehan mistake out of the final corner.
Anderson raced away at the front, building a substantial margin, coming home 4.5s over Perkins.
Nick Percat’s protege Bresnehan held on to finish fourth, with Trappett rounding out the top five.
Imogen Radburn finished in sixth place, with Matt Kiss in seventh.
IRC series regular John Goodacre came home in eighth place to take the Dark Horse Legends Class win.
Ben Dunn came home in ninth place, while Keith Kassulke came home in 10th after being forced to pit.
Brock Giblin came to a halt on the penultimate lap while running solidly inside the top 10, not classified in 11th place.
Porsche Michelin Sprint Challenge
Kobi Williams took his second consecutive Jim Richards Enduro Cup race win, leading home James Lodge, and Race 1 winner Xavier Avramides.
Lodge’s second place finish was enough to seal the round win in his return to the category.
Hayden Haikal led the way early on, until the safety car was drawn for an incident involving Pro-Am runner Eric Constantinidis and John McInnes.
Haikal led the field away at the restart, but contact from Hunter Robb allowed Williams through to the lead.
The Johor Motorsports Racing junior held on to third place as Robb fell down the order.
Late race contact with Daniel Quimby took Haikal further out of contention, with the pair finishing fifth and sixth respectively.
Anthony Gilbertson took the Pro-Am race win in 13th position outright, and took a second consecutive round win in the process.
Ferrari Challenge Australasia
Steve Wyatt took the win in Race 2 of Ferrari Challenge, leading home championship contender Enzo Cheng.
Race 1 winner Damian Hamilton led the way early, but relinquished the lead to Jim Pollicina on the opening lap.
Hamilton raced up to the back of Pollicina, ultimately pushing for the lead shortly after the halfway point.
Pollicina held ground, and Hamilton ran wide under brakes at Turn 1, falling back to fifth spot.
The veteran racer appeared to struggle for grip in the closing laps, with Robert Scott hounding the leader for several laps, bringing the remainder of the top five into the battle.
Wyatt did the least number of laps in qualifying, which paid off in the late part of the race, as his tyres were five laps fresher than those around.
Wyatt raced through from sixth position on the grid to fight for the lead in the closing laps.
Pollicina was forced to settle for third position ahead of Scott, with Hamilton rounding out the top five.
Andrew Cogan took victory in the Coppa Shell class in sixth position outright, while ROss Tomain swept the Trofeo Pirelli 488 class.
